Love hill walking but knees hurt when you go up or down?

With foundations in Tai Chi and Physics, ChiWalking emphasises good posture, using your core, developing a different relationship with gravity and shorter strides. This creates less body stress, less pain and more efficient walking.

In this Introduction to ChiWalking we will be looking at how walking can be pain free and hills a lot easier, setting you up for a great week of walking at Cowalfest.
