A linear walk leaving Strone along a forest path with lovely views over the Holy Loch, continuing through Kilmun Arboretum with a gradual ascent along forest tracks to the start of Upper Puck's Glen. We head up alongside the burn of the less travelled top half of ‘Puck’s Glen’, (some steep steps at the top), and then a gradual woodland descent to Eckford House, returning across the River Eachaig and along a riverside walk back to Benmore gardens.

Brings snacks for route / refreshments, lunch available at Benmore Cafe. Sorry no dogs.

Cowalfest transport from Benmore Gardens to take walkers to start at Strone.
