The Lachlan Bay Heritage Walk 1*

An accompanied historic walk around Lachlan Bay to include Inver Cottage, Kilmorie Chapel, (the burial place of MacLachlan Clan Chiefs) and the ruined mediaeval fortress of the Old Castle Lachlan. Extensive views of the ‘new’ Castle Lachlan and over Loch Fyne. A gentle walk, mostly on easy paths.

Dogs on short leads welcome.

* Optional free return CF transport is available from Dunoon coal pier departing 1300,: pick-up also from Sandbank P.O. 1305, Broxwood car park Sandhaven, 1307, and Strachur Memorial Hall, 1330 approx.
If required, please add transport option with collection point to notes box on booking form. If not added then optional transport not reserved.
